Cia-Cia Hangul alphabet

Since 2009, some schools in Baubau have taught children to write Cia-Cia in Hangul. Most letters work as they do in Korean, but some are used differently, and a few are added for Cia-Cia sounds that Korean does not have. Each letter below is shown with its Latin equivalent, an example word and, where available, a recording.

The alphabet chart is being prepared with Jeong Deok-yeong and the teachers in Baubau, following the textbook used in Baubau schools.
